June 1st 2009- Don Finnegan of Hanover, PA used a 8-iron to ace the 155 yard 11th hole. Don was playing with Kelley Coulter, Bob Malone, and Bill Villauy.September 13th 2009 - Jeff Stockdale aced the 156 yard 7th hole while playing with Rick Frame, Bupp Freise, & Mike Franco. Jeff used a 6 iron for his first career ace. September 6th 2009 - Mark Borinsky of Reisterstown MD used a 6-iron to record a hole in one on the 161 yard 16th hole. PLaying along with Mark were Ron Solomon and George Silberman. August 17th 2009 - John Strickler of New Oxford, PA used a 6-iron aced the 143 yard 11th hole while playing with George Adams. July 28th 2009 - Don Dick while playing in the weekly Senior league recorded his 5th career Hole-In-One. Don used an 8-iron to ace the 16th which was playing 150 yards. Playing along were Ed Rohrbaugh and Rick McCormick. July 22nd 2009 - Rick Winand of Hanover, PA used a hybrid to ace the 163 yard 11th hole. Playing along with Rick were Troy Sanders, Ian Smith, and Paul Smith. July 17th 2009 - Rita Biser of Fredrick, MD used a 4 iron to ace the 120 yard par 3 11th hole. Playing with Rita were Bob McConnell & Gene Kemper. June 29th 2009 - Ed Broome from the Columbia Elks Club used a 7-iron to ace the 146 yard 7th hole. Ed was playing with Jim Nace, Larry Knipple, and Dan Betz. August 22nd 2008 - Chet Thomas scored his 2nd career hole in one while playing in the 4th Annual Hard shell Open at The Bridges Golf Club. Chet used a 7 iron to ace the 16th hole which played 164 yards. Playing along with Chet were Casey Thomas, Ron Ness, and Ryan Ness. Along with bragging rights Chet's team won a $250 skin and other CTP prizes. July 18th 2008 - Chase Epperson of New Oxford, PA used a 7-iron to ace the 165 yard 11th hole. Chase was playing with brothers Eli & Jeremy Epperson and Corey Kopp. July 8th 2008 - Ed Rohrbaugh of East Berlin, PA aced the 16th hole during the weekly Senior League. Playing along with Ed were John Annone, Gene Van Lanen, Dennis Kaczminski. June 19th 2008 - Scott Anderson of New Oxford, PA aced the 4th hole while playing with Ryan Anderson and Joe Henson. Scott used a 6-iron for the 164 yard shot. April 27th 2008 - Using a 5-Iron, Bob Felber of Baltimore, MD aced the 155 yard 16th hole at The Bridges Golf Club. Playing along with Bob were joe Peterson & Rhett Burnsworth. April 17th 2008 - Using a five iron, Al Kuhn of Hanover, PA aced the 175 yard seventh hole during The Thursday Night Industrial Leagues. Playing along with Al were Eli Epperson, Jim Baker, and teammate Mike Long. March 1st 2008 - Peter Schoen of Smithburg, MD recorded his first career hole in one while playing with David Bradley of Chambersburg, PA. Peter used a 7-iron to ace the 138 yard 16th hole. |
